In all d istricts except the C-2 Central Business District, there shall be provided, at such time any bu ilding o r structure is erected o r enlarged o r increased in capacity, o ff-street parking spaces. The nu mber o f p arking spaces p rovided shall meet the minimum requirements for the specific uses as set forth below. For uses not specifically mentioned herein, o ff-street p arking requirements shall b e d etermined by the Board o f Zoning Appeals. a. Single and two-family dwellings: No less than two (2) spaces for each dwelling unit. b. Multiple-family dwellings: Not less than two (2) spaces per dwelling unit. c. Boarding houses and rooming houses: Not less than one (1) space for each one (1) room to be rented. d. Hotels, motels and other tourist accommodations: Not less than one (1) space for each room to be rented plus one (1) additional space for each three (3) employees. e. Manufacturing, industrial or wholesaling use: Not less than one (1) space for each two (2) p ersons employed o r intended to b e employed on a single shift, with a minimum of five (5) spaces provided for any establishment. f. Commercial bu ilding o r u se: Not less than on e (1) space for each two hund red fifty (250) square feet of sales floor area. g. Shopping centers: Not less than one (1) space for each two hundred and fifty (250) square feet of gross floor area. h. Medical or dental clinics: Four (4) spaces per doctor or dentist or one (1) space for each two hundred (200) square feet of usable floor space, whichever is greater. i. Hospital: One (1) space for each b ed intended for p atients u se, exclusive o f bassinets. j. Automobile service stations: One (1) space for each 1,500 square feet of lot area or fraction thereof. k. Theaters, auditoriums, churches, stadiums, o r o ther u ses d esigned to d raw an assembly of persons: Not less than one (1) space for each five (5) seating spaces provided in the main meeting hall or place. l. General o r Professional Offices: One (1) space for each three hund red (300) square feet of gross floor space. m. Restaurants: One (1) space per on e hund red (100) square feet of floor area. For drive-in restaurants, one (1) space per fifty (50) square feet of floor area. 14 n. School: For elementary, junior high and equivalent private or parochial schools, one (1) space for each faculty member and employee; for secondary schools and institutions of higher learning, one (1) for each faculty member and employee plus one (1) for each ten (10) students. o. Manufactured ho me communities: Two (2) spaces for each mobile ho me space provided.
