Sec. 14-68. - Agriculture (AG) district. (a) Intent. The intent of the AG district is to promote the production of a variety of agricultural crops and animals consistent with the historical and future foundations of the city. (b) District regulations. Regulations governing the height, bulk, mass, and placement of structures in the agriculture district are provided in Table IV-7. (c) Use restrictions. Use restrictions in the agriculture district are set forth in article V. (d) Nonconformities. Nonconformities shall be regulated pursuant to article VI. (e) Parking and loading. Parking and loading facilities shall be provided pursuant to article VIII. (f) Landscaping. Landscaping shall be provided pursuant to article IX. TABLE IV-7 [9] (g) Signs. Signs shall be regulated pursuant to article X. (h) Fences and walls. Fences and walls shall be constructed pursuant to article XI. (i) Development standards. (1) Minimum lot dimensions. a. Lot area: Twenty (20) acres b. Lot width: Three hundred (300) feet (2) Minimum setbacks for principal structures. a. Front: Fifty (50) feet b. Corner: Twenty-five (25) feet c. Rear: Fifty (50) feet d. Side: Twenty-five (25) feet (3) Maximum lot coverage by structures: Twenty (20) percent (4) Maximum impervious surface area: Thirty (30) percent (5) Minimum landscaped area: (6) Maximum building height: Thirty (30) feet (7) Minimum building separation: Zero (0) feet or not less than ten (10) feet (j) Permitted uses. Uses permitted within this district are identified in article V. (k) Accessory uses. Accessory uses and accessory use regulations are identified in article V.
