Oklahoma Ranch with Wagyu Genetics
The ABN Family Ranch, located in Walters, Oklahoma, encompasses 795± acres of cattle ground. This Red Wagyu operation includes roughly 600 head of cattle, anchored by a fullblood Red Wagyu herd registered with the American Wagyu Association and eligible for registration with the American Akaushi Association. The herd results from selective breeding and includes bulls, cows, heifers, and bred recipients, supported by an embryo transfer program, over 13,000 straws of Wagyu bull semen, and more than 500 embryos from donor cows. The ranch features three modern homes built within the last two years, plus a remodeled original ranch home. Premium working facilities include two new barns, a hay/equipment barn, and a calving barn with an onsite embryo/semen lab, supply and emergency rooms, climate-controlled spaces, a full bathroom with shower, and an indoor hydraulic working chute. Multiple livestock sheds and windbreaks are present. A separate shop includes a lift and bathroom. Water resources include two high-capacity wells producing 400 GPM, eight ponds, and Snake Creek running through the property. Approximately 125 acres of drip-irrigated Bermuda allows for grazing. The ranch includes 795 acre-feet of water rights. Equipment needed to run the ranch conveys, including tractors, skid steer, loader, bulldozer, mowers, augers, attachments, trailers, Polaris Rangers and ATVs, calf chutes, feeders, spreaders, welders, and pressure washers. County roads border three sides of the property. The sale includes the option to acquire the digital presence, including Facebook, Instagram, and the ranch website.
