    An auction will be held on December 16th at Meadowbrook Park Ballroom in Bascom, OH, for 233 +/- acres of land in Seneca County. The farm will be offered in tracts and combination. Farm #1 is located on Township Road 113 in Section 21 of Hopewell Township and consists of 154+ acres. Tract #1 contains 78.6 acres, mostly tillable, with 1,380 feet of frontage on TR 113. Tract #2 contains 75.7 acres, mostly tillable, with 970 feet of frontage on TR 113. The parcel number for Farm #1 is F20000333840000. Farm #2 is located on Township Road 116, east of Fostoria, in Section 9 of Loudon Township and consists of 79+ acres. Tract #3 contains 39.5 acres, mostly tillable, with easement access from TR 116. Tract #4 contains 11.3 acres, a mixture of CRP and cropland, with approximately 2+ acres of CRP and 2.14 acres of cropland, with the balance in woodland.
