This ranch consists of 1,477+/- taxed acres enrolled in the Box Elder District of the Nebraska Game and Parks Elk management program. The property is cross-fenced for grazing management and historically supports a carrying capacity of 130 to 150 cow-calf pairs for a 5.5 month summer grazing season.
