The site borders Poplar Street, which is being reconfigured as Westfield Boulevard, connecting multiple new neighborhoods and development zones. The development includes high-density housing with up to 250 units in mixed-use zones and up to 500 units in multifamily zones. A 45,000 sq ft public library is planned at Park Street and Westfield Boulevard. A 60,000–100,000 sq ft medical office building, including an ambulatory surgery center offering services such as cardiology, OB/GYN, wound care, hyperbaric therapy, and specialty care, is located across the street. Up to 450 hotel rooms, including full-service and limited-service options, are planned. Multiple parking structures will support the library, medical buildings, hotels, and residents. The city has secured redevelopment incentives and is coordinating infrastructure upgrades, demolition, and utility build-outs. Retail in Building A (north) may open in Q4 2027, retail in Building A (south) may open in Q4 2027, and retail in Building B may open in Q2 2028.
