Oakhurst is a large hunting and agricultural property featuring a mix of merchantable timber, planted pine, and retained agricultural fields. The timber and cover include approximately 686 acres of merchantable hardwoods, about 108 acres of merchantable pine plantation, 85 acres of thinned hardwoods, and 32 acres of 25-year-old fallowfield hardwood regeneration. Recreational amenities include two fishing lakes totaling 18 acres stocked with bass and bream, plus a 12-acre duck pond. Big Sand Creek runs through the property with 1.6 miles of frontage, adding natural water access and travel corridors.

The grounds are connected by miles of improved internal roads, supporting access throughout the acreage for managing fields, timber, and hunting areas. The property also includes food plots and shooting houses, along with established wildlife habitat components supported by its long-running management history.

On-site improvements include the historic Oakhurst homeplace, built in 1904, with seven bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, tall ceilings, hardwood floors, and large windows, along with two independent kitchens designed for hosting multiple groups.
