It is centrally located in Martin County, situated between the Florida Turnpike and I-95, just south of the C-23 canal. The Workplace District encompasses 300 acres with entitlements to support 2,000,000 square feet of industrial, office, hotel, retail, multifamily, and flex space. Tracts are available for sale, ranging from 5 to 13+ acres. Outside storage is permitted. Acceptable uses include mixed-use, apartment, hotel, office building, retail, medical clinic/hospital, industrial, distribution, warehouse, and greenhouse. The new Light Industrial/R&D District is located closest to Florida’s Turnpike, east of Boat Ramp Road and north of Citrus Boulevard. Approximately 500 acres have been zoned for industrial/research/warehouse space with entitlements for millions of square feet. 200 acres are intended to be protected as natural lands, with the remaining 300 acres designated for job-creating employment ground.
