Food halls are known for promoting a shared kitchen atmosphere, offering an affordable location for pop-up entrepreneurs and a dual-use commissary/sit down location for food truck operators. Established food vendors can also use it as a test kitchen for new concepts. SporTran, the local transit authority, is spearheading this redevelopment and will house a portion of their corporate offices on the second floor upon completion. An electric car charging station is under construction across the street. The anticipated delivery date is Spring of 2023.
