A rail line operated by Portland & Western Railroad, Inc., a division of Genesee & Wyoming Railroads, runs through the property. Representatives from P&W believe the rail connection from Bradwood to Wauna Mill, located two miles upriver, could be brought back to operational condition with a maintenance update.
