The Roslyn Ranch, spanning approximately 1,230 acres, is located just below the Continental Divide, adjoining the Routt National Forest. A 35-acre private lake, known as Lake Ruby, is situated on the property, along with miles of creeks and tree-lined irrigated meadows.
