The Roslyn Ranch, spanning approximately 1,230 acres, is located just below the Continental Divide, adjoining the Routt National Forest. This ranch offers both recreational opportunities and operational capabilities. A 35-acre private lake, known as Lake Ruby, is situated on the property, along with miles of creeks and tree-lined irrigated meadows. The property also features valuable water rights and views of the surrounding mountains. Improvements include a main residence, cabins, and a boathouse located along the lake's edge. The ranch produces high-quality hay, averaging 600 tons annually, and offers still water fly-fishing, as well as big game hunting opportunities for elk, deer, and moose.
