Permit # 17901-FP has a capacity of 80 GPM and a depth of 460 ft. Permit # 17906-FP has a capacity of 150 GPM and a depth of 525 ft. Permit # 17907-FP has a capacity of 400 GPM+ and a depth of 525 ft. The soils are primarily Richfield silt loam (54.6% with 0-1% slopes) and Ulysses silt loam (41.4% with 0-3% slopes), with 4.0% Colby silt loam (0-3% slopes). The irrigation system, installed in 2013, features a 15-tower Valley polylined sprinkler with a GPS guidance system monitored by AgSense. The system operates with 6psi regulators and includes a booster pump with a VFD. All engines are PSI (Power Solutions Inc) engineered and run on natural gas. The underground pipeline system connects all wells into a central system. The property has great access via a state highway and all-weather county-maintained roads. Three-phase power is available on three sides of the property. The soils are noted for their high production capabilities, supporting high yields.
