The entitlements include approximately 270 residential units, two hotels (160 keys and 175 keys), approximately 100,000 square feet of retail space, approximately 25,000 square feet of restaurant space, approximately 25,000 square feet of office space, a development welcome center, and a fitness center. The development is located in South Lake County on Hwy 27.
