Material transport requires State Road 4 through a previously established contracted easement on the southwest corner of the property via an adjacent landowner; a new contract will need to be established for buyer access to the easement. Osborne Road has weight limits that prohibit fully loaded trailers. The adjacent easement runs south from the southwest corner of the property, merging onto State Road 4, providing access to SR 23 if you travel 2 miles east, or 9 miles further east to access SR 31.
