Located 10 minutes south of Downtown Chattanooga, the site's initial phase focuses on attracting light industrial, storage, and brewery tenants to activate the space. Plans also include food trucks, festivals, temporary studios for film, photography, and music, along with a dog park and outdoor sports court. The second phase will transition the mill into a mixed-use hub with retail, residential, event, and fitness components, creating a live-work community. The final phase will introduce tourism and office spaces. The mill previously manufactured textile products, including wool blankets for soldiers during World War II, before largely shutting down in the late 1960s after a fire.
