Hawaiʻi Island Retreat is an eco-lodge situated on 14.5 oceanfront acres in North Kohala on Hawaiʻi Island. The property includes coastline and views of Maui. Since opening in 2008, the property has been designed to integrate sustainable and culturally sensitive practices, with a focus on wellness-oriented hospitality. Special permits designate five acres for hotel and spa facilities, while the remaining land features orchards, gardens, and tropical landscaping.
