Power will be supplied at 3,000 Amps, 277/480 Volts. Water and sewer services are provided by the City of Chicopee with an 8-inch connection. Gas is supplied by Eversource/Columbia Gas, and electricity by Eversource. The property has potential CSX rail access and is located approximately one-half mile from Interstate 391, Exits 3 & 4, and 2 miles to Interstate 91.
