Up to 450 hotel rooms, including full-service and limited-service options, are planned. Multiple parking structures will support the library, medical buildings, hotels, and residents. The city has secured redevelopment incentives and is coordinating infrastructure upgrades, demolition, and utility build-outs. Retail in Building A (north) may open in Q4 2027, retail in Building A (south) may open in Q4 2027, and retail in Building B may open in Q2 2028.
