There are also 2 drive-in doors. The roof is single-ply TPO over R-30, with 50% capacity for solar power. The sprinkler system is ESFR with a diesel fuel pump and tank. HVAC is gas fire heating and ventilation. The electric power is 2,000 amps, 277/480 volts, 3 phase. Warehouse lighting is LED with motion sensors. The truck court depth is 120 feet, with 28 truck parking spaces and 153 car parking spaces, including 6 EV chargers. Signage opportunities are available. The zoning is industrial. Office space is available to suit.
