Boulevard Pines Mobile Home and RV Park is a 55+ community with 20 sites located in Boulevard, California. Constructed in 1959, the park includes 10 mobile home sites, 10 RV sites, and approximately 1.18 acres of storage. The storage area is zoned C36 and has electric and water plumbed to its location, featuring four 110-volt electrical outlets and five water connections.
