Frick Grain and Agronomy site includes grain handling, drying, and agronomy operations on approximately 35+/- acres. The grain system provides 1,660,000-bushel capacity across six bins, supported by a tower grain dryer operating at 4,000 bu/hr for moisture removal. Drying operations are supported by an 8,000-bushel wet holding bin and 12,000-bushel overhead load bins, with west and east grain leg capacities of 6,000 bu/hr and 10,000 bu/hr, respectively.

Agronomy infrastructure includes an 18,000-gallon LP tank and more than 2,100,000 gallons of liquid fertilizer storage with covered loadout for liquid products. A 500-ton dry fertilizer building with 8 bays includes blending and loading equipment, and the commercial chemical building contains 10 stainless steel tanks with over 30,000 gallons of bulk herbicide storage, supported by a fully piped, computerized mixing system and covered loadout structure. Additional improvements include a 60' x 80' heated commercial shop building and a 50' x 90' storage building with tote rack storage for chemicals and seed.

The facility has direct access to Norfolk Southern Railroad with a large rail siding capable of receiving tanker cars and loading grain onto railcars. A dedicated piping system supports direct unloading of tanker cars into two 1,000,000-gallon liquid tanks, and weighing operations are handled by a 120,000-pound capacity in-ground scale. A telecommunications tower on the west end generates $9,268 in annual income with an escalator clause for year-over-year growth.
