This agribusiness facility includes grain handling, drying, and agronomy operations designed for high-volume production and storage. Grain system capacity is supported by six bins totaling approximately 1,660,000 bushels, along with a tower grain dryer rated at 4,000 bu/hr for moisture removal. Additional equipment includes a west grain facility with a 6,000 bu/hr grain leg capacity, an east grain facility with a 10,000 bu/hr grain leg capacity, an 8,000-bushel wet holding bin feeding the dryer, and 12,000-bushel overhead load bins. An 18,000-gallon LP tank supports operating needs.

The agronomy component features more than 2,100,000 gallons of liquid fertilizer storage and a covered loadout facility for liquid products. A 500-ton dry fertilizer building with 8 bays supports dry fertilizer blending and loading. A commercial chemical building includes 10 stainless steel tanks with over 30,000 gallons of bulk herbicide storage, served by a fully piped, computerized mixing system and a covered loadout structure. Additional improvements include a 60' x 80' heated commercial shop building and a 50' x 90' storage building with a tote rack system for chemicals and seed.

Operational logistics are supported by direct access to the Norfolk Southern Railroad, including a large rail siding for receiving tanker cars and loading grain onto railcars. Tanker cars can be unloaded through a dedicated piping system into two 1,000,000-gallon liquid tanks. Weighing is handled by a heavy-duty 120,000-pound in-ground scale. A telecommunications tower on the west end generates $9,268 in annual income with an escalator clause for year-over-year growth.
