Previously a wood chip mill, the site can accommodate structural steel or pipe, super sack, coal, or other bulk materials. The property is positioned to support advanced industrial applications, including barge loading facilities, and offers access to high-capacity electrical infrastructure, natural gas availability, and an abundant water supply.
