This offering from the Detroit Land Bank Authority (DLBA) features seven buildable lots in the Islandview neighborhood, located minutes from Belle Isle Park. The DLBA is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for small- to medium-scale infill development. The goal of this offering is to increase housing supply, restore the urban fabric, and support greater density and walkability within the neighborhood.
