The 3,478 square foot Nuche Pavilion event center, constructed in 2022, accommodates up to 100 guests. Outdoor events can be held in three tents, the largest accommodating up to 200 guests. Additional amenities include outdoor fire pits, a walk-in cooler and freezer, game areas, a fishing pond, shower and restroom facilities, hiking trails, and wildlife viewing. On-grid electricity is available throughout the property. Water service is provided by a well permitted for domestic and commercial use.
