The dock apron measures 55 feet. Trailer storage includes 247 spaces with a 10-foot wide concrete dolly pad, along with a 5.2-acre paved ancillary lot providing 137 additional spaces. There are 309 auto parking spaces, including 8 designated for handicap use. Power is supplied by a 4,000 amp, 3-phase, 277/480 volt system. Heating is provided by nine roof-mounted AbsolutAire AA4 direct gas-fired heating and ventilating units. The building is constructed with tilt-up concrete, joists, girders, and H-columns. The roof is a 60 mil white TPO, R30, with a warranty through February 2043. Windows are anodized aluminum framed storefront/curtain wall. Fire protection is provided by an ESFR system with K22 heads at a minimum of 40psi, with a 250gpm hose allowance.
