This 14-story office building totals 448,247 square feet and was originally constructed in 1926, opening in September 1927. Renovations were completed in 1965, 1982, and 2005, with additional amenity renovations delivered in 2018. The building features a freshly renovated open, central core atrium with exposed trusses, skylights, new porcelain tile flooring, and tenant seating areas on the ground and second floors.

The structure is cast-in-place concrete with structural steel framing and a concrete composite metal deck reinforced with steel bars. The building is fully sprinklered and equipped with automated life safety systems, and it is ADA compliant.
