Purpose-built rail-served bulk terminal originally developed as a frac sand transload facility and later adapted for other bulk material handling uses. The site is built around substantial fixed infrastructure for large-scale industrial logistics, including direct access to the Union Pacific rail line with a multi-track terminal configuration and multiple rail spurs in a loop-style layout for staging, loading, and rail operations.

The facility includes six vertical storage silos: four large silos (approximately 38 feet in diameter and 100 feet in height) and two smaller silos (approximately 26 feet in diameter and 79 feet in height), supporting a total combined storage capacity estimated at approximately 15,000 tons. Bulk handling equipment includes a bucket elevator system designed for approximately 400 tons per hour, conveyor systems connecting the silos, and drive-through truck loadout bays with cone-bottom discharge. Truck loading capacity is estimated at approximately 300 tons per hour.

Additional improvements include two Avery Weigh Tronix truck scales (approximately 174 feet each), a large improved yard with aggregate base for truck circulation and staging, and an on-site pond. The property also has estimated capacity of approximately 100 railcars, subject to verification, and is situated with convenient access to I-37 and US 281 for movement to the Texas coast, San Antonio, and surrounding industrial markets.
