The marsh and timber are accessible through the lot on Calvary Road. The timber consists of a mix of hardwoods and pines, creating suitable habitat for whitetail deer and other upland wildlife. An old farmhouse of no value is located on the lot, sold "as-is and where-is". Availability of public sewer and approval for a well is subject to study by the buyer during due diligence. Electric service to the property requires approval from the utility company but is currently connected to the farmhouse. The property is located in Somerset County, west of Route 13, within the Somerset County Public Schools district.
