Promenade Retail and Office Space
The Promenade, currently under construction, is situated at the southwest corner of Central Avenue and Bulldog Drive, directly opposite Central Park in Town Center. This location offers high visibility and is intended to be a central hub for living, working, and recreation in Palm Coast. The Promenade features rooftop lounges, dedicated outdoor gathering spaces, a pool, pickleball courts, direct access to multi-use trails, and greenbelt views, with a design focused on pedestrian-friendly streetscapes. The available retail, restaurant, medical, and office space is located on the first floor, encompassing 57,000 square feet. Units range in size from 1,500 square feet to 5,900 square feet. Above the commercial space, there will be 204 contemporary studio, one- and two-bedroom residences. This unique location aims to serve the growing Town Center residential area, which includes approximately 1,500 single-family homes, townhomes, and apartments. The upper-floor apartments above The Promenade are expected to provide a built-in resident base, ensuring consistent daytime and evening foot traffic. The increasing residential and employment base in the Town Center area is anticipated to drive demand for dining, daily-service businesses, and convenience retail. The design emphasizes walkability, outdoor amenity spaces, and integration with trails and greenbelts to enhance customer experience. The planned tenant mix allows for flexibility, accommodating both large anchor tenants and boutique businesses, with opportunities for anchor restaurants, upscale cafés, or service-oriented businesses such as salons, spas, and fitness centers.
