The vineyard is one of the only certified organic vineyards and one of just two Demeter-certified vineyards in New York State. The wines produced have earned acclaim for their taste and purity. The farm employs crop rotation, plant cover crops, and follows organic practices to cultivate a diverse array of organic vegetables and herbs. The wines reflect the quintessential taste of the North Fork of Long Island, NY. Production methods follow the principles of Rudolf Steiner. The grapes are hand-picked and processed through de-stemming, maceration, fermenting, and bottling. The 2022 vintages are currently available, including the FARRM WINE RESERVE 2022, a full-bodied Reserve with aromas of bittersweet chocolate, ripe plum, aromatic sage, delicate violets, and a whisper of black pepper.
