HVAC is provided by efficient suspended natural gas forced-air heaters. There are ten 9’ x 10’ loading docks and one 14’ x 14’ drive-thru door. Parking includes 70 car spaces, with the possibility of adding more. Utilities include electric, water, and sewer services provided by the City of Cookeville Utilities. T1 and standard telecommunication services are available. The property has preplanned expansion capabilities up to a total of 278,160 square feet.
