    Highway Commercial Mixed-Use Development

    Jackson Ranch is a 405-acre highway commercial mixed-use development. Phase 1 includes approximately 27 acres of improved highway commercial land. Phase 2 encompasses 120 acres of industrial land, and 258 acres are zoned for specialty agriculture. Development is underway on two gas stations, with the first, a Chevron, scheduled to open in June 2024. Plans are in place for a 10-acre truck stop to be delivered in 2025. The remaining Phase 1 highway commercial parcels are available immediately. These parcels will be delivered in a rough graded condition with all utilities stubbed and all off-site work completed. Jackson Ranch is planned to offer space for hotels, sit-down restaurants, quick service restaurants, general retail, a truck stop, and an open green space amenity. The project will include off-site landscaping and highway pylon signage.
