This multi-phased, mixed-use project will include 200,000 square feet of street retail, 2 million square feet of office space, nearly 1,000 new residential units, 250 hotel rooms, and 100,000 square feet of civic space. The development features walkable retail promenades integrated with high-end residential construction and Class A office spaces. Wide sidewalks are designed to accommodate outdoor dining and entertainment. All phases of the project are positioned around an open Central Plaza, which will be programmed year-round and will include the region’s only outdoor ice skating rink during the winter. The location offers an urban environment interspersed with over 60 acres of open space connected by an extensive network of paths and walkways. This project is a centerpiece of the Downtown Columbia 30-year plan, which anticipates adding over 14 million new square feet of construction over the coming decade.
