The mixed-use development at 7303 West McNichols Road is planned to reimagine the southern block of West McNichols Road between Prairie and Monica Streets in the Bagley/Fitzgerald community. This project aims to catalyze economic activity in the area by introducing housing units and unique commercial offerings. The development's design elements will promote the rich cultural and entrepreneurial history of the corridor. West McNichols has received significant investment from the City of Detroit and the State of Michigan.
