Electrical power is supplied via an 800 Amp, 277/480 Volt, 3-phase service, expandable to 4,000 Amps, and there is an existing 300 KW diesel generator. Fire protection is provided by an ESFR wet pipe sprinkler system. The building includes eight 480V truck block heaters along the loading dock walls. On-site parking accommodates 100 vehicles with room for 52 more, and there is paved trailer storage for approximately 82 trailers with an 8' wide concrete dolly pod, plus gravel trailer storage for 58 trailers with room for 18 more. The space is in excellent condition.
