This 16,000 SF facility, built in 1980, is the former maintenance building for EVV's rolling fleet and equipment. The all-concrete and steel construction is situated on high ground overlooking the FTZ and Berry Global warehouses to the south. The entire site is fenced in for security. The main maintenance building is 12,400 SF and features numerous motor-operated drive-in doors: five at 12’ x 12’, three at 14’ x 12’, one at 14’ x 16’, one at 18’ x 16’, and one at 18’ x 12’. Most service bays have trench drains and skylights for natural light. There is one wash bay with infra-red heaters, and gas-fired unit heaters in the remaining bays. Two bays are served by a 2-ton overhead bridge crane. The property includes one large office, a break room, and men’s and women’s restrooms/locker rooms. The main electric service is 600 amp 277/480 V, 3 phase, with numerous sub-panels at 120/208 V, 3 phase. An adjacent storage building to the north provides an additional 3,600 SF. There are numerous drive-in doors: five at 12’ x 12’ and one at 22’ x 12’. Located east of the Airfield, it shares an access road with the Air Traffic Control Radar tower, with access to St. George Road to the south and Oak Hill Road to the north.
