Highway 59 Business Park
Gateway 59 is a master-planned business park under construction, with an expected delivery in Q3 2026. Positioned on 62 acres fronting Highway 59, the park is located minutes from Beltway 8 and George Bush Intercontinental Airport. The project consists of four buildings totaling 739,681 square feet, designed to accommodate a range of users with both cross-dock and front-load configurations.
