The building has three dock-high doors with levelers, a climate-controlled interior receiving bay, two grade-level drive-in doors, and a truck court that can accommodate 53-foot trucks. A freight elevator connects the lower level receiving area to the floors above. Basement corridors are 8 feet wide and 10 feet high. The property is located on a private 138-acre campus with outdoor space, eating areas, walking trails, and rotating food trucks during the summer. A full-service food mart is located in the main lobby. A newly renovated gym is scheduled to open in October 2023, available for free to all tenants. A new conference center is located on the first floor with a full-service catering kitchen. The connector space can host large events of over 200 people. There are eight surface parking lots.
