This development is designed to foster collaboration between locally based companies, entrepreneurial start-ups, innovative businesses, and University researchers and students, with the goal of finding new approaches to enhance living, working, and thinking. The project is planned to be developed in phases. Upon completion, the project will encompass 12 acres of redeveloped land and over 3,000,000 square feet of life science, innovation, retail, hospitality, and residential space.
