New Lafayette Industrial Park Space

Space is now leasing at the new Lafayette Industrial Park, strategically positioned at the northwest corner of the I-10 and I-49 interchange. The park is planned to be developed in three phases and will ultimately comprise approximately 450,000 square feet of Class A tilt wall distribution space. Phase 1 will consist of one approximately 150,000 square foot building that can be leased as a whole or divided into two separate suites. Upon completion of Phase 1, Phases 2 and 3 will commence, involving the construction of two additional approximately 150,000 square foot buildings. The property is located near the Republic National Distribution Facility. Phase 1, a warehouse/distribution building of approximately 150,000 square feet, is estimated for completion in Q1 of 2024. The eave height is 32 feet, with 48 truck parking spaces and 64 car parking spaces.
