In October 2021, Conn’s Hospitality Group acquired Vinegar Hill Mall along with the adjacent Baur’s Steakhouse, initiating a comprehensive revitalization of both properties. The revitalization efforts culminated in the October 2023 opening of Trish & Mary’s Public House, an English-style pub. In April 2024, Wm. Van’s Cafe relocated to the mall.
