Located where the Adirondack foothills end and the St. Lawrence Valley begins, this 53-acre property is suited for hunting and recreation, with deer, birds, and bears present. The property has been surveyed, with monumented corners and blazed and painted boundary lines. It is favorably zoned, with the roadside zoned as Industrial-Commercial (I/C) and the remaining acreage as Rural Use (RU).
