This 53-acre property, known as the Altona Bucks and Birds property, is situated where the Adirondack foothills meet the St. Lawrence Valley, offering prime hunting and recreational opportunities for deer, birds, and bears. The land has been surveyed, with monumented corners and blazed, painted boundary lines. The roadside is zoned Industrial-Commercial (I/C), while the remaining acreage is zoned Rural Use (RU). Both zoning types permit single-family homes and allow for other uses with further consideration.
