Located in Elm Grove, this 226.3 acre recreational and hunting tract is easily accessible and situated minutes from Bossier/Shreveport. The property has historically been known for producing whitetails, with bucks of 144, 145, 147, 155, and 163 inches taken on the property since 2021. A 180 inch deer was also harvested on the property line by a neighboring owner. The property is part of an approximately 4200-acre footprint of private landowners with similar management plans focused on mature deer. It was previously in agricultural production before being enrolled in WRP and is part of approximately 10,000 acres of contiguous bottomland hardwoods. The property features numerous well-positioned deer blinds and food plots, as well as four flooded timber duck holes with blinds in two of them.
