    This offering comprises four parcels totaling 66 acres. The 28.38-acre parcel features a panoramic view of Indian Creek. Another parcel, spanning 21.19 acres, includes frontage on Indian Creek. The 6.43-acre parcel offers frontage on Spanish Creek, situated just before it merges into the Feather River at the Wye. The remaining 6.39-acre parcel overlooks Spanish Creek toward the Feather River. According to a 2011 inspection by a satellite imagery company, the properties may contain an estimated $28,000,000 in gold and other precious metals and gems near the surface. Gold has been discovered in the Feather River, Spanish Creek, and Indian Creek through panning. There are reports of a 7 lb. gold nugget being found by a neighbor downstream from this property. A home previously located on the 28.38-acre parcel, 600 feet above Highway 89, was destroyed in the Dixie Fire and not rebuilt; a pad remains overlooking Indian Creek. The parcels are located at 9342 Hwy 89, 9331 Hwy 89, 33430 Hwy 70 and 34473 Hwy 79 in Paxton, CA.
