The outfitting operations serve Game Management Units, located within the White River National Forest. Licensed guides lead fully guided hunts, pack-in drop camps, and custom wilderness trips. Beyond hunting season, the lodge offers guided trail rides, fly-fishing trips, canoe and kayak rentals, and wildlife photography outings. Approved activities include guided hunts, pack trips, drop camps, basecamp operations, and day rides. Revenue is generated through lodging, guided hunts, outfitting services, equipment rentals, retail sales, and food and beverage operations. Historic footprints lost to fire remain eligible for redevelopment, allowing for up to 35 additional guest cabins. The property is situated on 11.4 acres.
