This 5-acre property features an 80' x 80' indoor arena built in 2018 with three exterior doors. The arena is served by a 60' x 96' barn with 10 fully matted stalls, each equipped with electric lights and fans, along with aluminum feeders and custom stall fronts. Three of the stalls include doors for run outs sized 12' x 16', while the remaining seven stalls measure 12' x 12'.
