Located in an industrial park just outside of Newberry in Luce County, the property consists of just under 28.97 acres with multiple access points. The land is level, cleared, and graveled. The total building square footage is approximately 60,000, including about 1500 square feet of office space and varied manufacturing and storage space. An industrial-sized boiler with a biomass system converts sawdust by-product into steam to operate the kilns. Six other large buildings are located on site. Some equipment and machinery remain from the hardwood operation but could be recycled to re-purpose the spaces.
