The west property line fronts along the natural gas lease road. Wildlife is frequently observed on the property. The surrounding area is characterized by 90% wooded hills and mountains, with creek valleys housing small farms and ranches. The area is sparsely settled, with the majority of the land being heavily wooded wilderness.
